As a flowchart, this is sloppy beyond belief. A flowchart requires directional arrows indicating (wait for it...) the flow (wait for it...) of the chart. Any design work that leaves you guessing and backtracking because the designer did not blend form with function is a sad creation. I would not hire this company based on this sample.
