The Evolution of Game Controllers

Damien Lopez has hade two great images showing the evolution of game controller design over the last few decades.  He also created another one showing the evolution of portable game systems.  This was supposedly the link to Damien's page, but its not working for me.

Thanks Dániel for sending in the link.

It seems ok, but I don`t like the fact that the hands hide the controllers. I guess that is a mistake.

I think I agree with you. If it was a study of hand positions this works better, but as the evolution of the controllers...they are all partially covered up.

Missing the biggest controller, Atari Jaguar, it had something like 20 buttons.
