The EY Global People Data Analytics Team, within HR Services, holds the responsibility of defining and implementing the core people metrics required to deliver world class people analytics. The team delivers best in class people data modeling and insights to support our strategic business decisions

The Global People Analytics Analyst role will have responsibility for delivering high quality people analytics services and technologies to support and enhance the way decision making takes place in EY’s Talent Executive teams. The role handles complex, ad-hoc analytics requests and use strong research skills, statistical methodologies, and creative cutting edge visualizations to share insight and results. Projects include a wide variety of areas including predictive modelling, predictive recruiting, labour market analysis (regulatory, competitive, economic, etc.), unstructured data analysis, and other items of strategic and operational importance to the firm.

This role will lead some projects while providing support to others as PDRA promotes a brand which uses strong methodologies and cutting edge technology to deliver analysis. This role will be the resident expert in visualization technology & design and will need to have very strong presentation design skills as they will support most analytics team projects with visualization support.

This role will also be tasked with leading research efforts to build a repository of completive intelligence, markets knowledge, and financial results we can use as comparators and benchmarks for our analytics.

I am highly proficient in the industry standard design programs/ Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver; Mac OS X, Windows XP, Windows7, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have solid design skills, analytical thinking, time management, and the ability to think through a project from beginning to end. I have 8 years of design experience.

On a personal level, I am very driven and motivated in all things design and analytical approaches to solutions. Various work environments have enabled me to cultivate my skills on diverse teams.
